Can you take over a system someone else built?
Often, yes. We start by reviewing the code and how it runs, then tell you what it would take to support it.
What counts as a fix, and what's new work?
A fix makes the system do what was agreed. New features or integrations are scoped separately, often as a short build sprint.
We have our own engineers. Do we still need this?
Not always. We can set up the monitoring and tests and hand them to your team, or work alongside them.
