Build Sprint

From idea to a working AI system in 2 to 4 weeks

You know what you want built. We scope it, build it on your real data, connect it to your systems and put it live, for a fixed price agreed up front.

Timeline
2 to 4 weeks
Best for
Teams with a clear idea, or a prototype that needs to reach production

Sounds familiar?

When teams come to us for this

  • You have a clear idea but no in-house AI engineers
  • A prototype works in demos but isn't connected to your real systems
  • A past AI project stalled after the proof of concept
  • You need it live this quarter, not next year

What you get

What you walk away with

  • Live in production

Not a demo. It runs on your real data, inside the tools your team already uses.

  • Built to be trusted

Guardrails on what it can do, approval steps where mistakes would be costly, and a log of every action.

  • Tested before launch

An evaluation set built from your own examples, run before every release.

  • Yours to keep

Source code, prompts, configuration and documentation, handed over with a walkthrough.

A sprint can deliver

  • AI agents
  • LLM applications
  • Fine-tuned models
  • Voice AI
  • Backend and APIs
  • Integrations with older systems

How it runs · 2 to 4 weeks

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Scope

We agree what it does, what it must never do, and the examples it's tested against.

  2. Step 2

    Build

We build on a sample of your real data and show you a working version early.

  3. Step 3

    Connect and test

We connect it to your systems and test it with your team on real cases.

  4. Step 4

    Launch

It goes live with monitoring in place, and your team gets the docs and a walkthrough.

FAQ

Questions about Build Sprint

What if the scope changes mid-sprint?

The scope is agreed in writing before we start. If you want to add something, we swap it for work of similar size or plan it for the next sprint, so the price stays fixed.

What if it needs more than four weeks?

Larger systems are split into several sprints, and each one ends with something live that your team can use.

Who owns the code?

You do, once the sprint is complete and paid. That includes the source code, prompts, configuration and documentation.
