What we actually do
Good AI projects start with a specific problem. Calls that go unanswered after hours. A product that needs an assistant which really knows its own documentation. A large model doing a job a smaller, cheaper one could handle.
We work out whether AI is the right fix. If it is, we build it: sometimes a voice agent, sometimes an LLM feature in your product, sometimes a fine-tuned model, and usually some backend work to tie it together.
Then there's the part that never makes it into the demo. Connecting it to the systems you already run, testing it on your real data, and keeping it working after the model underneath gets updated. That's most of the job, honestly. It's also the part we care about most.
Working with us
You'll talk to the engineers doing the work, not a chain of account managers. We agree the scope and the price before we start, and you'll see something working on your own data early on.
When we're done, the code, prompts and documentation are yours. If you want us to keep running it, we can. If your team wants to take it over, we'll walk them through it.
And if we think AI is the wrong tool for what you're describing, we'll tell you on the first call. It saves us both time.
Where we are
We're based in India and work with companies here, in the UAE and across the GCC. Most of it happens remotely. When your data has to stay in the region, we deploy it there.
Labs sits inside KNOTiC, which works with developer communities and technology companies across India. Being around that much building keeps us honest about which AI tools are ready for real work, and which aren't yet.
